As a Manchester native, I’m excited for the opportunity to make an impact on and be part of a prideful, thriving, and evolving community. My work focuses on establishing a vision and implementing initiatives to better inform, connect, communicate, and engage with the community.

Manchester kicked-off the commemoration of its’ 200th Bicentennial year on Wednesday, January 25h at Town Hall where community stakeholders and leaders gathered to learn more about the year to come.
The Town of Manchester launched a new website for potential investors and stakeholders who are interested in investment in bonds issued by the Town.
Manchester has been awarded the Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting by the GFOA for its annual comprehensive report for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2021.
The Town of Manchester is proud to announce the installation of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems at seven municipal buildings, including six schools. The solar systems are projected to save the Town more than $100,000 annually in energy costs and more than $2.1 million over the term of the power purchase agreements (PPA)

This Spring, the Town of Manchester is debuting a newly redesigned website after a year-long effort in collaboration with OpenCities, a global GovTech company specializing in government websites. With a brand-new design, improved performance, and updated features, Manchester residents will be able to access and engage Town resources easier than ever before.
General Manager Steve Stephanou announced the selection of Kasia Purciello as Assistant General Manager for the Town of Manchester.
Manchester has kicked off a new project: “Manchester Next” led by the Town and planning consultant Town Planning and Urban Design Collaborative, LLC (TPUDC).
The Town has recently begun conceptual design on potential Downtown Main Street improvements.
