November: The Month of Gratitude
Are you looking to give back to your
community? The month of November is known for sparking feelings of gratitude
and reminding us to help those in need. As the year comes to an end, we reflect
on our friendships, family, stability, careers, community, and so much more. Volunteering
can be beneficial for our mental health, impressing job prospects, and improving
social skills. Offering to help those around us at no cost can also make us
feel more connected to our community and encourage civic responsibility. In the
spirit of gratitude, take a moment to learn about some ways to volunteer and
find a new sense of purpose right here in Manchester.
