Sometimes the moment is right to shake off the dust, get out of your comfort zone and try something totally new. Maybe Barre and More is the class you need to shake up your fitness routine. Barre and More, which is new to our fitness class offerings, is a combination of Pilates, yoga, dance and functional training. It is a full body workout designed to tone and lift.

The class is led by veteran fitness instructor, Colleen Zimmer who has taught Barre at a number of gyms and fitness studios across the area. Colleen has a wonderful, outgoing nature which makes all class participants feel welcome. Whether you are new to barre or have been doing it for years, this class is perfect for you. Barre and More meets at the Community Y Recreation Center, 78 North Main Street on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 10:00-11:00 a.m. The first session begins on Tuesday, September 29.
