Take the #OurParks Pledge

Join the OurParks movement by taking the pledge to commit to helping create a community and culture of stewardship, safety, and compassion for all who enjoy #OurParks in Manchester.

I pledge to:

  • Carry in, carry out – bring a suitable trash bag. Leave no trash, take everything out to protect #OurParks.
  • Clean up after my pet.
  • Stay home if sick.
  • Wear a mask.
  • Use parks and trails for exercise only and avoid gathering in groups.
  • Warn other trail users of your presence as and as you pass. Signal your presence with your voice, bell or horn.
  • Maintain a physical distance of 6 feet or more and leave space between others when passing on trails.
