I spend time trying to keep my head above water, as I know many of us are these days. I have made a commitment that each day, I find intentional moments of joy. Often these come from walks with my dog, conversations with my husband and daughter, the occasional personal check-ins with friends, family, and co-workers. I discovered a guaranteed moment of joy that I want to share with you.

That would be Pluto, a 13-year-old Schnauzer, that has very funny and inspirational video messages posted throughout the week. National Public Radio deemed her a “pandemic hero”. Her human, Nanci Wight of Montreal, started to send Pluto’s video messages to her friends who then encouraged her to share to a broader audience. Pluto is now an internet sensation.

She provides great advice on the toilet paper crisis, taking naps, dealing with cats, celebrating heroes and Mother Earth giving us a big time out. She is smart, witty and an absolute delight. You can find her on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube as PlutoLiving.
