Let's Not Forget to Stretch

While you may not be feeling up to a full workout, stretching is an option that still holds lots of benefits for body and mind. Maybe you are sitting more or holding stress and tension in your body and need some release. Allow for a few moments to stretch your muscles and joints and relax your mind. Stretching requires no equipment and only a few minutes of your time. Plus it feels great.
Try this routine first thing in the morning or before bed.
