Sleep Tips: Steps for a Better Night's Rest

As a college student approaching finals season, there’s one thing I’m certainly not getting enough of: sleep. Between procrastinating my English literature essay and stress-eating spoonfuls of peanut butter, how am I expected to get a full 8 hours?

Luckily for me, I’ve picked up some useful tips that have helped me to get a fuller night of sleep. One of the best rules I’ve implemented is to limit my screen time around bed time. As much as I love to watch episodes of Curb Your Enthusiasm while lying in bed, turning off my phone and lying in my darkened room has led to a far more restful environment.
