As a new father I’m happy to say that unlike every other guy that has taken on this great journey before me, I have not let it affect my normal fitness routine. Lies. Every word of it. Most days I’m happy to have put on pants before my third cup of coffee. But as a reasonably fit guy I wanted to make sure to stay well, at the very least reasonably fit. With gyms and pretty much everything else being closed these days it can seem like a daunting task to keep the “Dad Bod” at bay. But now more than ever might be the best time to invest a little bit extra into your own health.
