James Costa is the Neighborhoods & Families Coordinator for the Department of Leisure, Family, and Recreation. He began working with the division during his sophomore year at Manchester High School, and he is now a UConn graduate with degrees in Journalism & Film Studies.

The Manchester Cruisin’ Committee, in partnership with the Town of Manchester, is excited to announce that this year’s annual Cruisin’ on Main Car Show will be held on Sunday, August 4th from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. (rain dates: August 11th or August 18th depending on weather).
Celebrate the Fourth of July holiday at the Town of Manchester’s annual James “Dutch” Fogarty Independence Day Celebration this Saturday, July 6th. Enjoy a slate of live music, food vendors, artisan market, a kid’s zone and – of course – a live fireworks display.
