The 22^nd Annual Family History Day will be held on Saturday, October 19, 2024; from 10 AM to 2 PM at the Manchester Historical Society, 175 Pine Street, Manchester, CT.

The Office of the Town Clerk together with the Manchester Historical Society will host this years Family History Day.  This event is open to the public.  Professional genealogists from a diverse cultural background will be on hand to provide consultation and assistance on researching individuals’ family lineage.  

This year the Family History Day will include genealogists that specialize in European, African American, Caribbean and Latino family ancestry. Anyone interested in meeting with a professional genealogist for a consultation will need to contact the Office of the Town Clerk to schedule an appointment and complete a questionnaire regarding one’s own family history before October 11, 2024.
