Virtual Early Childhood Fair

Last year around this time we were celebrating yet another successful Early Childhood Fair, with approximately 300 Manchester residents in attendance. The Manchester Early Childhood Fair provides information on everything from local preschools to college savings to recreation. This year is very different, and although we cannot have large, in-person events, we are able to share out exclusive content to Manchester families such as videos and an all-inclusive list of preschool and daycare options with links to contact forms and websites.

Many families attend the Early Childhood Fair to help them learn about preschools options in town, meet some of the teachers in person, and get a feel for what program feels right for their family. Although families won’t have a one-stop in-person experience this year, they will get a new and different advantage. Many of our local preschool programs have submitted video tours or pictures of their program for families to view at their leisure. This is a unique experience for
families, as they can check out where their child would spend their day right from the comfort of their own home. It might not be the same as an in-person meeting, but it sure will ease the minds of parents anxious to find their little person just the right environment to learn, grow, and prepare for kindergarten in! Join us today for a virtual experience and reach out to Caitlin McNamara at [email protected] for a hard copy of the Preschool Resource Guide
sent to your home, information on how to do a developmental screening right on your phone, or more information or questions on what Manchester has to offer our youngest citizens!
