Downtown Manchester Improvements Survey

This year, the Town and Downtown Special Services District implemented a number of changes in Manchester’s downtown central business district, both long-planned and in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
This survey is intended to help us learn more about what the community thought about these changes as we consider how to keep Downtown Manchester moving forward.
