Mindfulness and Adult Coloring

Coloring is not just for kids anymore! If you are looking for a way to be mindful, I recommend trying adult coloring. The pages are detailed and require a lot of focus to complete. That focus helps your mind slow down and stay on task. And, it’s been found to reduce stress and relieve anxiety. Many stores sell adult coloring books and there are many pages available online for free download – I’ve provided a link to one and picture of me with one of my recently completed pages.
