Attitude of Gratitude

One sure way to boost your mood is to practice an attitude of gratitude. Psychology Today lists 7 scientifically proven benefits of gratitude, including improved psychological health and better sleep. For the past 5 months one of my dear friends and I text each other everyday 5 things we are grateful for. It definitely makes me smile and it reminds me to take nothing for granted.
Today I am grateful for:
- My family
- A roof over my head
- My job
- Good food
- Gratitude Lists.
