There are five easy steps: 

  1. TAKE A LOOK FOR 5 THINGS YOU CAN SEE AROUND YOU
  2. IDENTIFY 4 THINGS YOU CAN FEEL
  3. LISTEN FOR 3 THINGS YOU CAN HEAR
  4. NOTICE 2 THINGS YOU SMELL
  5. ACKNOWLEDGE 1 THING YOU CAN TASTE
