There are five easy steps:
- TAKE A LOOK FOR 5 THINGS YOU CAN SEE AROUND YOU
- IDENTIFY 4 THINGS YOU CAN FEEL
- LISTEN FOR 3 THINGS YOU CAN HEAR
- NOTICE 2 THINGS YOU SMELL
- ACKNOWLEDGE 1 THING YOU CAN TASTE
